Tacey Nicole
Applying a keen awareness of trends, a passion for creative problem-solving, and a healthy obsession with knitwear, we deliver effective design solutions that support the vision of the brand and promote growth.
As founder and creative director of TACEdesign Studio, Tacey has a passion for design and textiles extending back into her family history, further nurturing the love of color and textures during her fashion and knitwear career.
Her ability to identify and translate emerging trends and discover her love for knitwear started in her first job working for Betsey Johnson in New York. It was this job that cemented her ability to gain traction and launch her into being known today as a knit design and development expert.
Tacey works with small to medium-sized brands to take them from initial concept through to production so that they can decrease sampling costs, increase their sustainability profile, and streamline the development process.
Whether you are looking to start a clothing category in knitwear, further develop it, or design and manage your entire seasonal knitwear range, Tacey has the experience to take on freelance knitwear projects of all shapes and sizes.
Gaining valuable experience in design, global sourcing and production laid the foundations for her approach today, working fluidly and collaboratively across all areas of the industry to allow her range of knowledge and skills that benefit her clients.
